bu999 Responsible Gaming —
Stay Safe, Enjoy the Game

Gaming is for fun — not for stress. At bu999, we place the highest importance on every player's safety and mental wellbeing.

Why Responsible Gaming Matters

Online gaming is a form of entertainment — but without proper control, it can become a problem. bu999 believes every player deserves responsible gaming. That is why we have built tools and features into our platform to help you stay in control at all times.

Gambling or betting should be an experience like a sport — not a source of financial or mental stress. If you find that gaming is having a negative effect on your daily life, relationships, or financial situation, it is important to take action now.

bu999 is always by your side — with 24/7 Bengali live chat support, self-exclusion features, deposit limit setting, and time-out options. Responsible gaming is the best kind of gaming.

For those aged 21 and above only. To create and use an account at bu999, you must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors.

Keep in Mind

  • Gaming is never a source of income.
  • You should not place more bets to recover money you have lost.
  • Never play beyond your budget.
  • Avoid gaming when drinking alcohol or under mental stress.

Our Protection Tools

To ensure responsible gaming at bu999, we provide a number of powerful tools. By using them, you can always maintain full control over your play.

Set Deposit Limits

You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. To increase a limit, you must wait a set period of time — which protects you from overspending in a moment of impulse.

Time-Out Option

If you feel you need a break, you can take a time-out for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this time, no bets or deposits can be made from your account. After the break, you can decide for yourself when you want to return.

Self-Exclusion Feature

If you feel gaming is getting out of your control, request self-exclusion. This is a long-term step — your account can be completely closed for 6 months up to 5 years. The support team will assist you through this process.

Set Loss Limits

Decide in advance how much you are willing to lose within a given period. Once that limit is reached, betting will stop automatically. This is an effective way to stay within your budget.

Reality Check Reminders

You will receive pop-up notifications at set intervals — letting you know how long you have been playing and how much you have spent. These reminders help keep you aware.

24/7 Support

For any issue, contact our Bengali live chat support team — any time, any day. For advice or help with responsible gaming, email us at [email protected].

Warning Signs of a Problem

Gaming addiction does not happen overnight — it builds up gradually. If you notice the signs below, take action without delay.

Watch Out for These Signs

  • Placing more bets to recover lost money
  • Trying to stop gaming but being unable to

  • Lying to family or friends about gaming
  • Gaming to escape anxiety or depression
  • Feeling restless or irritable when not gaming
  • Betting with money set aside for daily expenses

Know what to do if these signs appear. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness — it is a sign of courage.

Core Principles of Safe Gaming

Responsible gaming is not just about using tools — it is a mindset. At bu999, we ask players to follow these core principles.

  • Always see gaming as entertainment — not as a way of making a living.
  • Only play with money that you can afford to lose without affecting your daily life.
  • Set a time and money budget before each session.
  • If you lose, do not get discouraged — walk away with a clear head.
  • Take regular breaks — avoid long uninterrupted sessions.
  • Talk openly with family or friends about your gaming habits.
  • Avoid gaming when drinking alcohol or feeling mentally unsettled.
  • Even after a win, resist the urge — take your winnings and stop playing.
  • Gaming should never be your only hobby or the only way you spend your time.
  • If you feel a problem arising, contact bu999 support right away.

Protection for Minors

bu999 strictly does not allow anyone under the age of 21 to create or use an account on the platform. We confirm through a verification process that only adults can use our services.

If you are a parent or guardian of a child or teenager, we recommend using parental control software on your device, such as Net Nanny or Qustodio. These tools can prevent minors from accessing gaming sites.

  • Age is verified at the time of registration.
  • Identity verification is required for betting and withdrawals.
  • If a minor is suspected, the account is suspended immediately.
  • Parents are advised to use parental controls on their children's devices.

21+ Only

bu999 is an adult platform. We firmly believe that minors should never take part in online gaming or betting. If this policy is violated, the account will be cancelled.

Responsible Gaming FAQ

Log in to your account, go to Profile Settings, and set your deposit limit from the "Responsible Gaming" section. You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly limit. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing a limit is subject to a waiting period.

Self-exclusion is applied for a set period — from 6 months up to 5 years. Once the period ends, you can request to reactivate your account. However, the process takes some time and our team will make sure you are making an informed decision.

During a time-out, you cannot place bets, make deposits, or withdraw funds. Your account and balance will remain secure. Once the time-out ends, you can use your account as normal.

If you repeatedly place bets to recover lost money, cannot stop gaming, neglect your family or work, or borrow money to cover gaming expenses — these are signs of addiction. In this situation, contact bu999 support immediately and seek professional help if needed.

If a family member is struggling with gaming addiction, talk to them with empathy. If you notify the bu999 support team, we can help apply restrictions to that account. Please also seek advice from a professional mental health service.

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods at bu999 (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳100. This ensures players can start with a small amount at their convenience and avoid overspending.
